Quality Control Admin (Temporary Role)

R2Net is a diamond bridal jewelry company with a technology soul. R2Net Inc. is an innovative technology company that provides e-commerce and supply chain platforms to connect the entire span of the diamond industry's ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized temporary Quality Control Administrator to support our Quality Control team. This role is crucial in supporting our quality control team members with the completion of their daily checks and ensuring our pieces are accounted for. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in administrative tasks within a quality control or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize quality control documentation, including inspection reports, quality checklists, and non-conformance records.

Accurately enter quality control data into the system and ensure all records are up to date.

Liaise between the Quality Control team and other departments to ensure a timely flow of information regarding product quality and status updates.

Assist in locating and providing piece updates to input into master data for communication with our customers.

Support the Quality Control team by providing any necessary replenishment of tools and documents to complete their tasks.

Track and manage quality control-related supplies, ensuring they are adequately stocked.

Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to product quality and collaborate on solutions.

Organize and collect all tracking material and store it correctly by the department's classifications.

Ad Hoc projects assigned by the manager.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalency required.

Bachelor's Degree in progress preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years previous experience in an administrative or office coordinator role.

Experience with customer service a plus.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledgeable in working in Excel and tech-savvy.

Benefits

Compensation:

Base pay range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. The final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule:

This is a temporary position with a 10 am - 7 pm timeframe. The work schedule will be 40 hrs weekly.
