Pay rate range: $120-140/hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Program Manager for - MS Dynamics working across Finance and Technology. Will report into COO Project/Program Manager space. Will be orchestrating complex enterprise initiatives, ensuring seamless execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Project Life Cycle Ownership:

Lead major endeavors or manage multiple minor initiatives simultaneously. From project initiation to deployment.

2. Strategic Alignment and Business Cases:

Collaborate with stakeholders to craft prioritized and approved business cases.

Link project outcomes to strategic goals

3. Resource and Budget Management:

Develop project plans that identify resource needs and budget constraints.

Balance financial considerations while ensuring the right people are in the right roles to deliver on commitments

4. Expectation Setting and Delegation:

Manage expectations effectively. Delegate tasks, keep deliverables on track, and provide guidance to the team.

5. Metrics, Reporting, and Governance:

Report on project success criteria, metrics, and testing and deployment.

Establish project governance and align with organizational standards.

6. Stakeholder Communication and Influence:

Regularly update stakeholders on milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.

Establish steering committees and deliver project updates as required

7. Operational Leadership:

Manage day-to-day activities, allocate resources, and chair project management team meetings.

8. Enterprise-Wide Vision and Alignment:

Lead strategic planning and execution across the organization.

Align projects with overarching objectives.

9. Resource management:

Coordinate with other project managers and department leads.

Prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and allocate resources.

10. Primary Point of Contact:

Handle inquiries, escalations, and decisions.

11. Functional Acumen and Industry Best Practices:

Understand how solutions align with business/firm goals.

Blend innovation with industry best practices.

12. Continuous Learning and Adaptability:

Research best practices, infuse fresh insights, and adapt to changing landscapes.

13. Creative Problem-Solving and Team Collaboration:

Collaborate, innovate, and excel.

Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams

Facilitate the team in working through challenges and drive for best outcome solutions

14. Capability Building and Partnerships:

Establish practices, templates, and policies.

Forge partnerships that elevate our capabilities.

Job Qualifications:

1. Experience:

o 10+ years in project and program management

o Finance and Technology experience preferred

2. Experience in SDLC Methodologies:

Navigate the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Proficient in Agile, SCRUM, or Waterfall approach, as applicable.

3. Leadership and Diplomacy:

Inspire teams, build relationships, and navigate complex organizational landscapes.

4. Relationship Building:

Engage business leaders, establish credibility, and solve problems collaboratively.

5. Communication Mastery:

Convey complex ideas with clarity and finesse.

6. Self-Motivation and Adaptability:

Demonstrated ability in decisiveness and adaptability

Ability to drive success in ambiguous and dynamic environments

7. Certification:

PMP (Project Management Professional) or other project management certification is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience

Remote position but there may be a need for this resource to come on-site for critical meetings.
