Job Description

This is a very senior Project Manager with Investment Banking experience. Do not send anyone without required skills below. Must have worked with investment banks in USA for over 8 years. Really seeking senior candidates with 10-25 years' experience.

Must have more than 8 years' experience (really seeking 10-25 years working experience) in USA for at least 3 investment banks, hedge funds, asset management or financial market broker-dealers. Do not send people from any other industry.

Skills:

10 plus years of PM experience with at least 2 - 4 years of PM experience around swaps, derivatives, markets etc.

Good communication skill, team player and working knowledge of Swaps, Derivative is mandatory

Strong knowledge of capital markets and broker dealer framework

Understanding of risk, finance, operations, and data processes as well as the technologies enabling them

Project Manager with Investment Banking experience with SWAPS and DERIVATIVES expertise/experience

Job description - Key responsibilities include:

Drive execution through the full project life cycle from strategic project planning to delivery including development of target state business processes, build and adoption of technology solutions

Work across multiple functions and legal entities to structure and manage end-to-end project efforts through deep understanding of requirements, technologies, cross-functional impact, and business strategy

Ensure target end state is delivered inclusive of required governance, business process redesign and appropriate controls

Leading the translation of business needs into technology solutions and requirements

Manage weekly status reporting, understand and maintain program's RAID log, run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program delivery

Provide appropriate information share with management

Requirements:

Significant experience and track record of delivery of major cross functional initiatives at large and complex financial institutions. This includes how to structure initiatives, project planning, and resource allocation

Strong knowledge and experience of ISO related system functions including payments, statements, compliance, reconciliation, regulatory change

Strong knowledge of capital markets and broker dealer framework

Understanding of risk, finance, operations, and data processes as well as the technologies enabling them

Strong business, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills

Superior communication skills: both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff

Solid knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools

Tolerance and understanding in multi cultures
