The Tax Principal will oversee all aspects of partnership tax compliance. The Tax Principal will be expected to structure and plan tax strategies that support fund performance.

Description

The key responsibilities in this role include the following:

  • Oversee all aspects of partnership tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
  • Create and implement tax strategies that enhance fund performance.
  • Work closely will investment teams to evaluate investment choices.
  • Provide mentorship to junior personnel.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with advisors and auditors.

Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in partnership tax compliance and planning.
  • Tax experience within asset management/ financial services.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of tax regulations affecting partnerships and investment funds.
