Job description

Looking to fill a temporary Corporate Tax Compliance Role. Will collaborate with the Director of Tax Compliance on provision and audit, and review and prepare federal, state, and local tax returns.

Description

The key responsibilities of this role include the following:

• Collaborate with the Director of Compliance on various tax-related matters.
• Prepare and file Federal, State, and Local tax returns, including international tax forms, as well as quarterly estimated payments for separate, consolidated, unitary, and worldwide filings.
• Calculate tax provisions (ASC740) and perform reconciliations for tax accounts.
• Draft tax footnotes and disclosures for financial statements.
• Research and formulate tax return positions, providing supporting documentation and communicating insights to management.
• Serve as the point of contact for external CPA firm reviews.

Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:

• Experience with income tax provisions (ASC 740)
• Experience with corporate income tax compliance, both Federal and SALT
• Must be experienced with OneSource and Microsoft Excel
• Relevant tax experience
