Job description

We are seeking a Temporary Case Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meticulously examining case files, analyzing data from various sources, and ensuring the accuracy of case information. This role is critical in supporting our client's mission to process credential evaluations efficiently.

A non-profit organization that specializes in evaluating international educational credentials.

Description

  • Review and analyze case files to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Conduct thorough research and data verification to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain effective communication and work flow.
  • Utilize established methodologies to process standard files and advance cases through the evaluation pipeline.
  • Assist in credential evaluation processing and documentation management.
  • Maintain organized records and uphold data integrity in all operational tasks.

Profile

  • A college degree or relevant work experience is required, preferably with a background in customer service or data analysis.
  • Proficient in French; native speakers preferred.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a digital environment and using various computer systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have your own laptop as this is a fully remote role that does not provide work from home equipment.

Job Offer
