About Client:

The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.

Rate Range: $80-$85/Hr

Job Description:

Specialist in the testing of BFSI and others product applications or solutions.

The Test Architect /SDET Lead is responsible for designing test strategy, setting the direction for testing, and carryout due diligence for automation.

Provide QA/QE technical leadership, prepare Test Plan and Strategy.

Provide leadership for test design and guidance during test specification development.

Mentor and coach, participate in team meetings, and create Intellectual Capital assets for reuse.

Lead test best practices implementation and testing digital transformation

Review and approve test plans and test designs (prepared by test team and technical leaders)

Interface with development architecture teams (IA, ECM, UX and vendor

Represent QA in architecture, design and requirements inspections

Provides technical advice and assistance to project management team

Act as liaison to Development and Support teams

Ensure that all the QA teams follow a common test methodology using common best practices, tools and test approach

Cooperates in product quality assessment and analysis

Should have 12 - 15 years of experience in analysis, design and implementation of Test Automation in Agile development programs

Should be an SME in agile methodology and implementation experience in Should have over 8 years of test automation experience including designing & implementing frameworks for functional and non-functional testing scope

Should have deep knowledge in at least two business domains: Banking and Finance, Insurance, Travel and Transport, Telecom, Healthcare etc.

Should have good experience in using automation tools like Selenium, BDD Cucumber, Java spring boot, BDD API Karate, Playwright, Cypress Frameworks development, mock API, SOAP UI Pro, Tricentis, JMeter, CA blaze meter, Java-Mockito, and Rational Service Virtualization tools

Experienced in designing test solutions for cloud migration and native cloud development systems, Good exposure/certified Azure, AWS and GCP cloud automation architect and exposure to CI-CD integration to cloud services

Should have working experience in integrating with CI servers like Jenkins

Having a certification as agile practitioner is good

Should have excellent presentation & communication skills.
