Senior Trial Paralegal-
Salary range is $95-120K, DOE.
Position Overview
Full time Senior Trial Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years work experience handling complex commercial litigation. A bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited ABA-approved program is required. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, and collaborate effectively with attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders. This position is in person and requires a commitment to a five-day work week (9:00 am 6:00 pm). Overtime may be necessary based on demand and client needs.

Requirements:
Deep understanding of trial preparation, legal research, and case management at all stages of the litigation life cycle.
Proficiency in legal research tools including Westlaw or LexisNexis.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to commit to travel as needed for firm commitments and/or activities.
While performing duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, lift heavy items (up to 20 lbs.), stoop, talk and hear.

Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited ABA-approved program

Experience
3+ years experience working as a paralegal in complex commercial litigation
Experience filing documents in State and Federal Court
Experience with e-discovery platforms and document management systems.
Familiarity with court rules and procedures in federal and state jurisdictions.
