Responsibilities:
Develop Year 2 exam item request charts/schedule; request items from faculty; track submissions, follow-up.

Collate Year 2 Exams; Enter Year 2 items to be used in ExamSoft, inclusive of but not limited to, Exam Tags.

Schedule/coordinate/attend/participate in exam meetings to develop Year 2 exams; Share draft exams with course leaders, question writers, and relevant deans for review/feedback; edit exam items, as needed.

Provide Year 2 students with exam seating information, download codes, etc.; address student exam-adminstration related inquiries; address student upload and related issues; Assist with electronic exam technical issues, as relevant to position.

Prepare Year 2 exam administration materials; provide proctoring materials; assist with proctoring, as needed.

Process exam scoring: Apply statistical analysis to exams, share with relevant others for feedback, update key; score exams accordingly; provide students/faculty/adminstrators with results.

Post exam scores on Guru (for all areas - anatomy, OMM, DPR-ICC, ExamSoft, etc.); Prepare, maintain, and update Year 2 course grade sheets for course for review by deans.

Generate lists of Year 2 students/scores for academic enrichment specialists to review; Provide additional exam data, as needed on individual and group performance;Draft list of students who do not successfully complete course for review by relevant deans

Attain/Track Year 2 student-exam lateness as well as missed exams and conduct follow-up

Assist with board exam preparation initiatives as they relate to Year 2 course scores.

Serve as back-up for Year 1 Exam Coordinator

Perform additional duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

Master's degree preferred

Strong computer, interpersonal, and organizational, skills required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

In compliance with local legislation as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, the annual base salary range for this position is listed. New York Tech considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate experience/expertise, education/training, key skills, geographic location, internal peer equity as well as market, organizational considerations and/or applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer.

Minimum Salary:
USD $58,500.00/Yr.

Maximum Salary:
USD $65,000.00/Yr.
