8 AM - 5 PM (fully onsite)

What You'll Do:

  • Set Up Contracts: Ensure all contract details are accurate and entered into our system.
  • Maintain Billing Data: Keep customer details, contract terms, pricing, and billing cycles up-to-date.
  • Coordinate Changes: Work with internal and external teams to manage contract changes smoothly.
  • Manage Accounts: Handle removals, relocations, cancellations, and other customer account tasks.
  • Support Billing Efforts: Assist with meter collection and contract billing processes.


What We're Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Data entry, customer service, order processing, or billing experience preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (sorting, filtering, merging cells).
  • Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Self-Motivated: Able to learn on-the-job and through self-learning.
