Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and meet the needs of diverse learners.

Deliver instruction in an effective and dynamic manner, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources.

Assess student learning and provide timely feedback to promote growth and achievement.

Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and encourages collaboration.

Differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students and provide support to students with diverse learning needs.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective instructional practices and strategies.

Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational trends.

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.

Valid teaching certification is preferred.

Prior teaching experience is strongly preferred.

Passion for teaching and a genuine commitment to student success.

Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and parents/guardians.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of students and respond to changing circumstances.

Proficiency in using technology to enhance instruction.
