Job Title: Senior Sales Leader - Flexography Ink Industry



Location: Northeastern United States Territory

We're seeking a seasoned expert with over 5 years of experience in the Narrow Web Label market, who combines technical ink expertise with strong sales acumen. Key Responsibilities:




  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage a robust sales funnel, generating and achieving forecasts, budgets, and growth targets within your territory.

  • Client Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, while actively prospecting and securing new business opportunities.

  • Customized Presentations: Create and deliver tailored sales presentations that align with the specific needs and challenges of each prospect.

  • Market Analysis: Focus efforts on high-potential accounts by studying existing and emerging market trends and opportunities.

  • Reporting: Keep management informed with regular updates on sales activities, results, and market intelligence.

  • Product & Service Enhancement: Provide feedback on product and service improvements based on competitive analysis and customer insights.

  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve customer issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making informed recommendations.



Qualifications :



  • Industry Expertise: 5+ years of experience in the Graphic Arts industry with a focus on Flexography ink, including water-based and energy cure chemistries.

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to provide technical support and expertise to customers, ensuring their specific needs are met.

  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in customer service, prospecting, closing deals, and negotiation.

  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and persuading decision-makers.

  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel within the Northeastern United States territory to engage with clients and prospects.
