Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

The DNS is responsible for maintaining approved standards of resident care in the skilled nursing facility.

Establishes the objectives for the department of nursing and the organizational structure to achieve the objectives.

Provides guidance and direction on all nursing objectives.

Partners with the Executive Director and other leaders to ensure care member and resident satisfaction.

Oversee education; partner with educator to create engaging and effective orientation, assimilation to the organization, and maintain a knowledge of nursing skills and theory.

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $175,000 per year

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

5 years of experience in Nursing services administration

Current NYS RN license

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
