Overview:
Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, the Residence Manager (Facilities Support Specialist) provide routine building and grounds maintenance, resident and material transportation and facilities support to our patients. At this time, we have multiple openings for Residence Managers (Facilities Support Specialists) to work on a Full-Time basis out of Helio Health's residential programs. We currently have openings at our Green Street and Lincoln House programs.

The schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.

In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time hires for this position are eligible for a Sign-On incentive up to $1,500!

Pay: $16.32 - $18.15 per hour.

Responsibilities:
Drive Helio Health vehicle to transport residents and collect necessary goods for residential programs.

Facilitate any routine residence room turnovers, furniture moves and general house maintenance.

Maintain program reports and appropriate documentation for relevant program inventories.

When assigned, assist in problem resolution and implementation of program modifications.

Qualifications:
High School Graduate/Equivalency.

Valid NYS Driver's License required.

Skilled in monitoring the safety, security, replacement and repair needs of the facility.

Ability to relate effectively with staff, clients, and both internal/external community agencies.

Capability to work independently and use basic computer applications.
