Job description

Responsibilities:
The Safety Manager in Holly Springs, NC supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety.

Oversee all aspects of the commercial construction project within the pharmaceutical facility ensuring OSHA compliance

Conduct daily safety meetings

Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations

Daily safety audits and inspections

Oversee all subcontractors and contractors

Write job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP)

Qualifications:
Minimum 7+ years direct construction safety experience required

Working knowledge pharmaceutical safety protocols

OSHA 510 required

Advance knowledge of construction safety standards

Great verbal and written communication

Ability to coach and mentor in all facets of the construction safety process

Proficient Microsoft Office skills
