Description
As a Mixing Operator at Arcadia Beverage, you will play a critical role in our production process, ensuring the accurate blending of ingredients to create our high-quality beverages. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, as you will be responsible for following precise recipes, operating mixing equipment, and maintaining quality control standards throughout the mixing process. You will also monitor equipment performance, perform routine maintenance, and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols. Your ability to work efficiently, maintain accuracy, and contribute to a team-oriented environment will be essential to the success of our production operations.
We currently have two open positions, one on day shift working a 2-2-3 work schedule from 5a - 5p and one on night shift working a 2-2-3 work schedule from 5p - 5a.

What You'll Do:
- Operate mixing equipment per established procedures.
- Complete assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with mixing and staging ingredients, ensuring their accuracy.
- Ensures that mixing instructions are followed from batch ticket accurately.
- Visually inspect the quality of each batch before sending samples to the lab.
- Work to produce a quality product in a safe, clean manner following GMP's.
- Support daily operations by mixing products per the current schedule.
- Report food safety and quality issues to the Operations Manager.

- Basic computer skills.
- Possess knowledge and understanding of food and/or beverage manufacturing practices.
- Chemical compounding a plus.
- Good mathematical skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a factory environment with exposure to various temperatures and noise levels.
- Must be able to stand, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
