The Opportunity:

Aeroflow Sleep is growing fast and we're on the lookout for bright, ambitious go-getters who aren't afraid to go all in to contribute to meeting (and exceeding) team and personal goals.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for helping patients adjust to CPAP Therapy and meet their insurance requirements. Many insurers require new CPAP patients to use the PAP device consistently, for continued coverage of the CPAP device and supplies. You will spend a large percentage of time answering calls and making calls to patients, troubleshooting common CPAP therapy struggles, helping them adjust to pressure settings and mask fit, and educating them on compliance requirements. Ultimately, the goal of this position is to guide all new CPAP patients from the initial setup to their first resupply event successfully, setting them up for long term success!

Other calls or activities include, making sure patients are uploaded to compliance cloud based programs for tracking, communicating with physician offices to obtain documents, answering basic billing questions, and more. Must be comfortable communicating with patients and healthcare professionals.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year experience in a customer service-related field

Starting pay of $18/hr
