Job description

Position Overview RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting eleven (11) Landward Operations Instructors in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, in support of the Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF). This position is contingent upon contract award. Roles and Responsibilities Provides training in MESF landside knowledge, skills, and operations.
Provides instructional and safety support for live-fire weapons training.
Actively engaged in the delivery of MESF Operational Indoctrination, MESF Advanced Combat Shooter, MESF TOC Specialist, MESF Mission Planning Specialist, MESF C4ISR Operator and MESF CSW Operator but may also provide training in the MESF waterborne courses.
Required Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 3 years documented operational ground/expeditionary warfare experience serving in a Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, US Army/USMC Infantry or Special Operations command/unit or have served as a CUIT qualified Riverine Ground Operations (RGO) Instructor for CENSECFOR LS Camp Lejeune.
Shall have a minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering weapons-based courses-of-instruction which includes live-fire training and possess/be capable of demonstrating modern dynamic combat shooting skills with optics employing service pistol and rifle.
Possess tactical operational experience in the Navy's decision-making/planning process; organizational and individual planning; patrol coordination; proficiency in the development and issuance of a concept of operations and combat orders.
Possess or be able to qualify as a Second Class Swimmer in accordance with NETC P1552/16 (Navy Swimming and Water Survival Instructors Manual).
Have 2 years of experience as an instructor delivering training.
Have knowledge of basic and advanced training techniques to include classroom management, Classroom Assessment Techniques (CATs), and student motivation.
Have knowledge of computer technology applications as it applies to instructional presentation.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to diplomatically interact with personnel at all levels.
Secret security clearance.
