Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill. This is a 900+ bed academic medical center located in central North Carolina, and is the flagship hospital of UNC Health Care. This role will oversee day shift (6:30am start time) and will manage a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with direct supervision over a team of 25 in housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have a track record of proven leadership skills, and the ability to coach, develop, and lead a group of highly-skilled employees.

The ideal candidate for this position will:

be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;

provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;

lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;

effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or

support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
