You're a detailed team player who loves structure and independence.

How would you like to be our Accounts Payable Specialist?

Your Role

As Accounts Payable Specialist:

You'll input invoices. Fortunately, you've got an associate degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or two or more years of Accounts Payable experience!

You'll reconcile vendor statements. It's important to check all the information in invoices to make sure we're not over or underpaying. You've got that eye for detail that we need!

You'll issue checks/ACHs. When it's time to pay a vendor or reimburse an employee, you'll be the one processing those payments.

The Super-Fun HR Stuff

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS for an Accounts Payable Specialist:

2+ years of Accounts Payable experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Verify accounts by reconciling statements and transactions

Positive attitude and the ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent, timely, and accurate processes

Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks

Highly detail-orientated

Proficient in math and 10-key

Ability to successfully work independently and accurately with minimal supervision

Fluent ability to read, write, and speak in the English language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS for an Accounts Payable Specialist:

Additional experience & education in Accounting

Work experience in Sage Intacct Preferred
