The Director of Leadership and Organizational Development is responsible for leading and managing the strategic development and implementation of leadership and organizational development initiatives. This role involves designing and executing programs that enhance leadership capabilities, foster organizational effectiveness, and drive business success. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to align development strategies with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, ODCP) preferred.

Experience: Certification in leadership assessments (e.g., Hogan, DiSC) highly preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams.
