What you will do:
Handle Preventative Maintenance calls in residential HVAC systems
Repair or replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and fans to restore proper functionality.
Installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems and components which will include toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs.
Perform tests on HVAC systems to identify and rectify any operational issues, ensuring all components are functioning within specifications.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts replacements, for documentation and future reference.
Inspecting and testing HVAC systems for safety, functionality, air quality, and code compliance in residential.
Handling customer queries, troubleshooting/resolving HVAC problems, responding to call-outs, and preparing cost estimates.
Provide clients with information on proper HVAC system maintenance practices, offering tips on filter replacement and other routine tasks to enhance system longevity.
Regularly inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition, facilitating smooth and effective maintenance tasks.
You must have these things:
1 year of HVAC preventative maintenance experience.
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems
EPA Universal
A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
May conduct a pre-employment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law
