Overview:
Renuity Advanced Floor Coatings and Garage Systems is hiring an Installation Manager immediately at our Charlotte, NC location. What You'll Do:

The Install Manager oversees teams of Lead Installers and Technician Assistants and is responsible for directing, coordinating, training, and evaluating the installation crews. They will ensure all installations and service calls are completed efficiently and on time, within budget, and to standard.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary! Starting at $80-85K (based on experience)

Yearly bonus opportunity of up to $15,000 (paid quarterly based on metrics)

Job Duties:

Manage multiple crews of installers

Schedule jobs and order materials

Hire and train new installers

Communicate directly with customers

Help with the install process when needed

What You'll Bring:

Proven experience in the home improvement industry

7+ years of experience in a management or supervisor position

Experience ordering and scheduling for jobs

Experience hiring and developing employees

Experience dealing directly with home owners

Computer proficiency (experience with CRM software a plus)

A valid driver's license
