Bluebell ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and providing high-quality behavioral analysis services.
The responsibilities of this role include managing the creation and execution of personalized treatment plans for children with ASD, offering supervision and mentorship to fellow ABA clinicians, and fostering close collaboration with families to ensure the success of each child. What You'll Do as our Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
The Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will plan, oversee, deliver, and adapt naturalistic therapy for young children in a home and telehealth based setting
This position is flexible and will be approximately 25% remote and 75% in-home
Remote supervision will be conducted through high-quality video platform
Provide supervision to BTs/RBTs
Conduct assessments and reassessments
Conduct treatment planning sessions
Coordinate care with primary care physicians & other professionals
Monitor client progress, update treatment plans and goals, and communicate needed changes to team members and families
Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them in their journey
What You Have as our Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Current BCBA certification
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification per NC state requirements
2 or more years of experience as Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with ABA early intervention experience preferred
Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field

Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets
