What you'll do:
Indoor
• Assist the Director of Operations with traffic project oversight
• Assist best-practice data collection strategies with your local operations team
• Set objectives, goals, protocols, and timelines for your team of field technicians
• Employ general workforce management (e.g., team supervision, training, employee performance reviews, engagement initiatives)
• Expand QC's clientele in the greater Charlotte and surrounding region(s)
• Occasionally attend conferences for general business advertising
Outdoor
• Work roadside performing light physical work (e.g., installing video detection cameras and pneumatic road tubes)
• Coordinate and/or conduct intercept surveys and parking lot studies

What you'll earn:
• $58,000 annual salary + eligibility for performance bonus after six consecutive working months
