Job description

The Project Manager will manage and supervise on-site coordination of all phases of construction new High End Custom Homes and rennovation.

Responsibilities:


  • Management of daily operations of construction projects
  • Follow and implement safety procedures
  • Coordinate with all professionals involved and more
  • Manage subcontractors and organization of the project
  • Understand the responsibilities of Subs to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assign tasks accordingly
  • Framing and Architectural walks
  • Communicate progress with clients and project managers


  • Understanding of Local and State Building Codes




    Understanding of Local and State Stormwater Management Practices



  • Maintain a daily log of all activities and site conditions

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Updated Resume/ Project List
  • 10 years of Construction experience
  • 4 years of Management experience in High End Custom Homes
  • Projects ranging from $2 million to $10 million
  • Proficient in MS Office, Procore, Builder Trend and scheduling software
