Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to track a range of projects from business initiatives to highly complex transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for a range of project types, defining key milestones and timelines.
Risk Management: Ensure potential risks to project timelines are identified and included in the project plans.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Collaboration: Develop a cadence to collaborate with all program and project owners to ensure project tracking is timely, accurate and reflects all changes.
Reporting: Prepare and present project tracking reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risk, and status on key deliverables
Responsive: Operate in a fast-paced environment and be highly responsive with short turnaround times.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager (3+ years).
Prior experience in a consulting environment preferred
Strong knowledge project management planning and tracking
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
