You are a seasoned professional in supply chain management and logistics sales, with a comprehensive understanding of the freight forwarding and 3PL industry. Air Freight: Domestic, Import, Export, and Charter

Ocean Freight: Import and Export

Customs Brokerage

Ground Transportation: Full Truckload, Partial, Expedite, and LTL

Ancillary Supply Chain Services

What You'll Do

As a vital member of our sales team, you will:

Drive New Business: Take charge of generating new business opportunities while nurturing an established portfolio of clients.

Territory Management: Operate independently with a strong sense of motivation, identifying and developing sales opportunities within your assigned territory. Maintain a detailed sales pipeline through CRM, from lead generation to long-term client relationships.

Account Development: Leverage your industry knowledge to anticipate and address client needs, making insightful recommendations that solidify and expand client partnerships.

Revenue Generation: Manage and grow a profitable book of business, consistently exceeding revenue targets with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Client Engagement: Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues, ensuring that urgent client requests are handled with efficiency and care.

Negotiation: Utilize superior decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to create compelling proposals and present client RFQ requests with confidence.

What Were Looking For

Experience: 3+ years in International or Domestic logistics and cargo transportation sales preferred.

Sales Acumen: Proven track record in business development with a strong presence in the marketplace.

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Outlook required.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self-starter with the drive to succeed.

Compensation
