Job position description:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of call center/customer service experience.
- Have knowledge of retirement industry products and services.
- Be able to provide prompt, accurate and courteous response to customers.
- Display Active listening and superior customer service skills for both internal and external customers.
- Solve routine and complex problems.
- Adhere to work schedule.
Shift: Monday through Friday, 9a to 6p or Monday through Friday 11a to 6p
Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Training is provided to all new hires to help you achieve your goals and ensure your success! Applicants will complete a minimum 3-week training program that will be onsite. Upon successful completion of the onsite training, candidates will be permitted to work remotely on the same terms and conditions as other employees in the position. Employees who wish to work onsite may do so in our state-of-the-art office!

Retirement Clearinghouse is in the Ayrsley area located in Charlotte, NC, the second largest banking center in the United States.

Minimum Qualifications
†Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is preferred
†A minimum of 1-2 years of call center/customer service experience
†Financial services/ retirement plan experience is a plus
†Proven ability to manage a large number of cases
†Knowledge of retirement industry products and services progressive
†Superior verbal and written communication skills
†Keen ability to pay close attention to detail
†MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) are a must
