Summary of Position:

The Sales Executive will be tasked to manage sales goals and quotas and ensure the completion of the entire sales cycle. The executive uses a "Hunters" mentality to self generate prospects and leads within their assigned territories, and build strong and lasting client relationships, while identifying market specific requirements for the assigned territory. The successful Sales Executive will hold themselves accountable for achieving their OKRs.

What you will be doing day to day:

Manage sales goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle
A 'hunter' mentality to self-generate prospects and leads within their assigned territory
Build strong client relationships
Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
Hold themselves accountable to achieving their OKRs

About you:

Great interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable presenting on virtual screenshares (ie. Zoom)
Previous CRM software experience (knowledge in Salesforce is a plus!)
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player
Enthusiastic and passionate

Qualifications:

Must have post secondary education
Must have two (2) years of related experience
Must be legally entitled to work in United States
Must be legally entitled to travel between the United States and Canada for meetings

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 36 Hours/Week, EST, 4 Day Work Week, Competitive Annual Base Salary, Plus Commissions, Benefits, 50% Health Care Reimbursement, Vacation Accrued, Sick Credits, 401K Matching and more
