We are excited to announce a position opening for the role of SEO Manager. This would be an on-site position at our offices located just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina.

As an SEO Manager, you would work directly with a number of different departments including Content, Editorial, PR, Advertising, Marketing, Social, and Design. Our ideal candidate will have a proven background in turning engaging content into actual sales. The goal of our content is to inform customers, while also persuading them to try our products. The SEO Manager will know how to step in and get our content in front of as many eyes as possible. The more views we have on our content, the more chance we have at succeeding as a company. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with departments including but not limited to: Content, Design, SOcial, Advertising, and Marketing.

Develop content strategies to increase engagement.

Utilize Google analytics to research current trends.

Research trending topics for content creation.

Build out future projects for implementation.

Write and edit compelling content.

Work with numerous writers, designers, and marketers to develop strategies that speak to our target audience.

Use current tools and programs to better define the target audience and potential customers.

Implement strategies to grow engagements and impressions.

Further, develop content to better reflect current SEO strategies.

Use SEO tools to record, collect, and interpret analytical data.

Navigate competitor trends and research to better prepare for upcoming content and customer engagement.

Be at the forefront of all things digital and SEO in terms of health and the wellness industry.

Requirements

Excellent communication, SEO, and marketing skills.

Ability to analyze metrics for measuring effectiveness/impact of our content strategy and tactics.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.

Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.

Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.

Ability to use analytical tools to better content, marketing, and advertising strategies.

Customer/Client focus.

Flexibility.

Teamwork capacity.

Communication proficiency.

Knowledge of up-to-date programs and tools to help improve sales as a direct result of marketing and advertising.

Job Type: Full-time

Education: Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications field required.

Experience: SEO Manager, Content Writer, or equivalent - 4 years

Location: Charlotte, NC
