Description
As a Superintendent, you will play a critical role in managing the successful execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budget goals. You will lead the project team, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety throughout the construction process.
The Superintendent - General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the execution of commercial construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Leading the project team and coordinating with subcontractors to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Conducting regular site meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with technical and legal standards.
- Collaborating closely with the Project Manager to facilitate project development and execution.
- Tracking daily reports and maintaining comprehensive project documentation to ensure all phases are well-documented.
Profile

The ideal Superintendent - General Contractor - Charlotte will have the following qualifications:
