Overview:
Assesses, plans, implements, and improve methods and processes related to the delivery of Dimensions Ambulatory education and training across Novant Health Medical Group. Assists in maintaining and advancing Novant Health as a leader in the Epic electronic medical record through ongoing classroom auditing, quality monitoring, and evaluating the efficiency of the Dimensions Ambulatory Training Program. Responsible for the development of training staff including orientation, coordination and implementation of credentialing, and the advancement of trainer competency.

Qualifications:
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.

Experience: 3 years of education and training experience and/or information technology training experience, required. 2 years of healthcare experience, preferred.

Licensure/Certification: Epic Credentialed one or more of the Dimensions Ambulatory Applications (EpicCare, Cadence, and Resolute), required.

Additional Skills (required): Knowledge of current and future trends/practice in education and training.

Skills in interviewing and selection process; understanding of staffing, scheduling, and recruiting.

Skills in implementation of competency, feedback, and development processes for staff; teambuilding, coaching and counseling, conflict management, and interpersonal relationship skills; experience in development of learning plans, principles of adult learning and teaching methods/models, team/classroom facilitation; office and AV equipment; project leadership and consultation, delegation and communication skills, resource management; understanding of customer needs and expectations and knowledge for improvement to exceed customer.

Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
