Job Opportunity: Supply Chain Analyst (Warehouse) - Charlotte, NC

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join a fast-paced warehouse environment in Charlotte, NC. This is an onsite role with a shift schedule from 6 AM to 3 PM. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP supply chain tools and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.



Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP Implementation & Management: Assist with the rollout of the new SAP system, ensuring smooth integration with the supplier portal.

  • Supplier Collaboration: Engage with suppliers to maintain effective communication, support negotiations, and oversee supplier account management.

  • Portal Audits & Performance Reviews: Conduct regular audits of the supplier portal and provide feedback to enhance performance and accuracy.

  • Process Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize the supplier portal for better accuracy and efficiency.

  • Data Management: Analyze and manage warehouse data to minimize risks, validate information, and generate ASNs (Advance Shipping Notices) through the new portal.

  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the supply chain team to identify areas for improvement in the supplier portal and overall supply chain processes.



Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated experience with SAP in supply chain roles, particularly in managing and configuring supply chain systems.

  • Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively.

  • Warehouse Experience: Proven track record working in a warehouse environment or similar supply chain roles.

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.



Shift Information:

  • Shift: 6 AM to 3 PM (Shift 1)

  • Start Date: Must be available to start the first week of April 2024.

    • Training: Two-week training before the SAP system goes live on April 22, 2024.



Additional Information:

  • Familiarity with supply chain/warehousing principles is a must.

  • Applicants should have the ability to work with digital systems and be comfortable performing system audits and configurations.

Pay Details: $43.42 per hour
