Physical Requirements: Work requires walking, standing, sitting, lifting, reaching, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies. Must speak English in good, understandable terms. Intact sense of sight, hearing, smell, and touch. Finger dexterity. Critical thinking and ability to concentrate. Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions. Schedule or Auto Offer: Interview Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13- weeks Location: LCH Specialty/Unit: PICU Schedule: Night Shift Weekend/Float Requirements: Throughout LCH Years of Experience Required: 3+ years PICU experience. STAT5 experience required. Previous Epic experience (within last 6 months). Certification/Licensure/Additional Requirements: BLS (through AHA only), PALS (through AHA only), active compact or NC RN license Not Required, but HIGHLY preferred: PVICU experience Submittal Packet Requirements: Cover Sheet (Found in Egnyte), Resume, Proof of Required Certifications/Licensure Additional Notes: Call Required: 24 hours of call in a 6- week period, green hospital scrubs issued. This is a PEDS unit. DO NOT SUBMIT IF THE WORKER DOES NOT HAVE 3+ YEARS PICU EXPERIENCE.Skills: Skills: Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider status according to American Heart Association.
