CommScope's North American Broadband cable and connectivity portfolio is one of the largest in the marketplace encompassing passive outside plant products bringing FTTx and HFC network access to service providers across the country.

How You'll help us to connect the world:
In this role, you will drive market share growth in North America by crafting and executing strategies across Sales, Product Line Management, and R&D. Your efforts will propel revenue growth, product innovation, and exceptional customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance market share and achieve revenue growth. Focus on Sales, Product Line Management, and R&D to deliver innovation and outstanding customer experiences.
Organizational Effectiveness: Improve organizational processes to support business unit strategies, foster innovative changes, and manage product life cycles, NPI, value proposition creation, go-to-market strategies, and inventory levels.
Team Building: Lead and coach a cohesive team across Sales, Product Line Management, and R&D. Foster collaboration and innovation to support customer needs.
Operational Excellence: Sponsor the alignment between operations, planning, and procurement to establish and maintain a robust S&OP process, ensuring strong demand signals.
Commercial Excellence: Build and maintain strong networks with key customers, vendors, and industry experts to ensure commercial success.
Talent Development: Enhance team capabilities through people development and leadership growth. Focus on increasing bench strength and fostering diverse talent.
Customer Feedback: Provide platforms for customer feedback (internal and external) to identify improvement areas and opportunities, particularly in new product development.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives for sustained success.
Accountability and Impact: Grow regional market share and targeted accounts, delivering detailed sales forecasts by region and product mix. Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Procurement, CTO, to manage over $1 billion in revenue.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 20 years as a senior leader with a proven track record in large, complex, and highly matrixed organizations, focusing on sales, product line management, and operations.
Proven track record in developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and networking abilities with key stakeholders, customers, and industry experts.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Expertise in Product Line Management, Sales, R&D, and S&OP processes.
