Job description

Summary:

Business Support Coordinator handles the operational objectives of assigned activities for the Talent Acquisition Operational processes, programs, and/or services. Frequent contact with department leadership, business stakeholders, and candidates outside the organization.

Responsibilities:

Review and confirm accuracy of offer details in advance of offer preparation.

Develop internal and external candidate offer letters in accordance with client's policy.

Update the candidate status after offer delivery.

Initiation of Backgrounds and onboarding paperwork

Must have:

4 years' experience

Minimum of 2 years Recruiting or HR onboarding experience.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail needed.

Must possess knowledge in a full range of Microsoft Office Suite

Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

High School diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

3-5 years administrative, HR, or related experience.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
