Unit Description:
Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3 to join our team at Novo Nordisk in Clayton NC! The current food operation consists of cafe, catering, micro-market and office coffee.

The General Manager 3 will be responsible for oversight and supports all facets of daily hospitality services. The General Manager will manage the client relationship, budget/finances for the operation, leading and developing the team of 5 hourly employees

We are looking for candidates who have:

experience managing a management team both front-of-house and back-of-house

financial acumen, managing budgets

culinary experience

experience training and directing a talented and diverse staff

innovation and ability to grow revenue and manage cost

customer driven and strong track record in organizational development

superior client relations skills and executive presence

This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday, schedule. Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.
