Position: HVAC Project Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $50 to 60k/year

Experience: Extensive experience in installing HVAC systems

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Day Shift

Greene Resources is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a heavy workload (6-10 active projects)
• Create and manage schedules for field personnel
• Conduct job site visits to ensure projects are on track
• Coordinate and call in inspections
• Release and order materials for projects
• Perform duct work and sheet metal tasks
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to install mechanical BG systems
• Focus solely on installations (no servicing tasks)
• Serve as a field mechanic and project manager
• Drive company vehicle between various job sites within the Triangle area

Position Requirements:

• Read project plans and run job sites effectively
• Able to work on multiple job sites simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of coordinating with superintendents and general contractors
• Skilled in diffusing situations and resolving issues on-site
• Physical ability to climb ladders and perform physically demanding tasks
• Bilingual preferred
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
