This is a full time, onsite position supporting the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Why Should You Be Interested ? •Direct hire full-time position •Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits •Mid-size company with room for growth Position Title : Operations Manager Position Location : Full Time, onsite in Durham, NC Daily Responsibilities : •Ensure all hosted application software is operational. •Monitor system performance to ensure optimal application development performance. Required Years of Experience (min) : •Minimum 7 years supervising technical teams to maintain reliable and available IT infrastructure and services. Required Degree : •B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering or related or Four years of related experience may be substituted for the education degree requirement established for this key personnel function. •ITIL certifications specific to the position are preferred. Required Experience : •Experience establishing operational objectives and assignments, and delegating assignments to subordinate managers and staff. •Experience working on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. •Must be able to effectively communicate with Government representatives both orally and in writing. Required Clearance : •Public Trust at time of award. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: TBD Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
