Job description

Mayvin is seeking an Acquisition SME (C5ISR) to serve as a critical bridge between the C5ISR Center and its USSOCOM organizations at Fort Liberty, NC. The position will function as a technical advisor, providing subject matter expertise and guidance to USSOCOM on C5ISR capabilities and solutions. They will also play a vital role in supporting the acquisition process for C5ISR technologies. Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have a n active Top Secret clearance. Responsibilities : Assist customer organizations in navigating the DoD acquisition process for C5ISR technologies Provide technical guidance and advisory assistance in the preparation of supporting acquisition documentation including a Statement of Objectives (SOOs), Statement of Work (SOW) requirements, procurement plans, program descriptions, technical specifications, and other required solicitation information Reviews Request for Proposal (RFP) packages for conformance with all aspects of relevant procurement regulations, prepares technical evaluations, and validates independent government cost estimates (IGCE) Provide USSOCOM leadership with situational awareness of all deployed SOF operational initiatives including their resource status, effectiveness, and ownership (tactical, operational, and strategic) Assist USSOCOM organizations in integrating C5ISR technologies into their operational environment Provides technical assistance in vendor/acquisition contractor proposal evaluation, COTS/GOTS product analysis, source selection, acceptance testing, and performance monitoring against established benchmarks Possess current knowledge of all work in progress under the specific Program and be capable of discussing items or issues related to Program Qualifications : A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited university Minimum of twelve (12) years of directly related experience Strong communication, organizational, creative, analytical and problem-solving skills Good interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members, clients and company management About Mayvin: Mayvin offers our employees an innovative culture, excellent benefits and amenities, an inclusive work environment, ongoing career development, and recognition and rewards to honor hard work.
