This position is contingent on contract award

RMC is accepting resumes for a Transition Manager in the Fayetteville, NC area to support Fort Liberty in the transition of the Intelligence Support Services Joint project. This position supports the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).

The Transition Manager will be responsible for:

Planning and oversight of all activities necessary for the transition of services, staffing, work-in-progress, and management stand-up functions to RMC

Managing all Transition team activities

ensuring all contract transition requirements from the incumbent are identified, scheduled, negotiated, and completed during the specified Contract Transition Term and that Contractor personnel are in place with required facility access, artifacts, processes, and appropriate access to systems necessary for the transition of the incumbent personnel to RMC.

report status to the COR and Contracting Officer at periodic meetings, through written reports, and transition schedule updates.

Weekly Transition Report shall include incumbent capture status, the personnel

transitioning out, and those scheduled to transition in the next seven (7) days. The report should

include Contractor's full name, DOB, SSN, Position Number, and anticipated flight date

(Commercial/MILAIR).

Requirements

Demonstrated experience as a Transition Manager (TM) for a private sector company managing the transition of professional service contracts is required. This experience must include a large-scale transition of no less than 100 personnel within the DoD or equivalent with Government agencies. The TM shall have demonstrated experience leading the planning, submission, and execution of Transition Phase-In Plans and Transition Phase-Out plans of a similar scale.

Minimum three (3) years USSOCOM or Joint Special Operations Task Force (JSOTF) intelligence experience at the Operational Level of Warfare.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.

Clearance: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

Desired qualifications:

Eight (8) or more years' USSOCOM or JSOTF experience in special operations intelligence disciplines.

Specific experience supervising or leading teams and projects applying project management principles using industry best practices.

A bachelor's degree in subject matter area, or closely related discipline.
