Job description

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator proficient in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) server setup and administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Linux commands and scripting, with the ability to create and execute scripts for automation and system management tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, and maintain RHEL servers in a production environment.
- Administer system resources, users, and security settings on RHEL servers.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and streamline system operations.
- Manage virtualized environments using VMware or other Level I hypervisors.
- Create and manage signed certificates, including generating certificate signing requests and applying signed certificates for secure communication.
- Troubleshoot networking issues and perform basic network configurations.
- Research and resolve technical problems independently, utilizing available resources and documentation. Experience, Certifications, and Clearance:
- (5+) Years of experience
- Current DoD 8570.01-M, DoD IAT Level II (Sec+)
