Job Number: R Mission Command Modernization Lead
Key Role: Act as the primary c ond uit in an operations center to assess, understand, and facilitate the optimization of processes through various applications and data types that feed the commander 's decision cycle. Assist the battle staff with developing standard operating procedures to improve data and knowledge management while gathering requirements and working with stakeholders across the command to drive initiatives forward. Provide training and support to users on a suite of applications and te chn ical data to ensure operational continuity and to build confidence across the battle staff on applications used to ensure leaders can effectively c ond uct command and control. Advocate for the users, understand the issues, and communicate those issues and requirements back to stakeholders. Basic Qualifications: Experience collaborating with U.S. Military leadership at the most senior level Experience providing data, information, and knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by shaping workflow and processes Knowledge of various data analytic and visualization tools, including commer cia l and government-furnished, to efficiently and expertly discover, store, and retrieve data Knowledge of both current and near-term to be employed tools and how they consume and provide visualization for executive level decision making TS / SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Additional Qualifications: Ability to communicate te chn ical problems to a broad and executive-level audience Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
