Job Number 677100BR Description:Plans, conducts, and coordinates software development activities. Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs software that contains logical and mathematical solutions to business/mission problems or questions in computer language for solutions by means of data processing equipment. Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle. Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software, subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software. Corrects program errors, prepares operating instructions, compiles documentation of program development, and analyzes system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. Ensures software standards are met.

Basic Qualifications:
Design user interfaces/experiences that align data insights with the users goals and needs Designs visualizations to trigger user decision and action; Effectively document and communicate UX and visual design of projects (including rationale/benefits) using personas, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, workflows, user stories, test dashboards and visualizations Leverage quantitative and qualitative user research and participatory design activities to identify user needs, help in requirements definition, user testing, and usability evaluations
Desired Skills:
5+ years experience working sensitive government projects customer requirement experience Leverage quantitative and qualitative user research and participatory design activities to identify user needs
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
