Job description

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be onsite 5 days a week to support key HR initiatives and administrative responsibilities. With your strong attention to detail, you will manage the HRMS, maintain employee records, and take on a variety of HR and office tasks. You are a well-organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

The Must-Haves • Prior equivalent and related Human Resources experience.

• Highly organized and proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, HRMS (Rippling), and various web-based tools.

• Ability to handle and maintain extremely sensitive and confidential information.

• Exhibits helpful, courteous, and self-starter attitude; motivated about contributing to the success of a rapidly growing team and company.

• Flexibility and enthusiasm to perform HR administrative tasks.

• Desire for and skilled in accurately maintaining a large volume of information.
