Job description

Overview:

The Medical Education Coordinator assists with ensuring the efficiency of the administrative functions within Medical Education at Cone Health. Working under close supervision, this role assists with coordinating multiple competing demands, prioritizes work effectively, and supports the Medical Education Manager to ensure compliance with all accreditation and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Assists the Manager in the compliance with all program functions under direct supervision.
Assists in the maintenance and archival of resident files.
Collects information on Medicare cost reports and other reports based on requests from Finance and/or the Office of Medical Education.
Assists in the requests for reimbursement for faculty expenses and submitting invoices to Accounts Payable.
Collaborates with the Manager to ensure the residency program meets or exceeds all accreditation requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Required: Associate's Degree

EXPERIENCE:

Required: 2 years
