Our client, a leading beverage manufacturer, is seeking a Production Manager to join their team. As a Production Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department, supporting our dedicated production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to food safety and quality, aligning successfully with our organization's goals.

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Henderson County, NC

Pay Range: $85,000-$115,000

What's the Job?

Manage daily operations according to production schedules and company policies.

Coach and develop supervisors and team members to foster a positive workplace culture.

Analyze and improve line efficiencies by identifying key downtime issues and implementing solutions.

Evaluate performance metrics and develop strategies to enhance cost-effectiveness and productivity.

Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management with at least five years of leadership experience in manufacturing.

Experience in the beverage industry highly preferred.

Aseptic and Beverage experience

Proven organizational and time management skills, with a consultative and strategic mindset.

Ability to respond to off-hour emergencies and work flexible hours as needed.
