About this PositionFrye Regional Medical Center located in Hickory, NC is seeking a BE/BC Interventional Cardiologist to join a large hospital-employed cardiology group. With an immediate need, Its a great opportunity for an incoming physician to take over an established patient base. FryeCare Cardiology is a collegial group that provides outstanding patient care to the greater Hickory area. The group consists of 11 cardiologist with a mix of Interventional, Invasive, EP and General Cardiologists. Stemi Call is shared and will be 1:7. Physicians will primarily work out of the offices in Hickory, NC with nearby satellite clinic responsibilities as well. The Frye Heart Center is the first Duke Health heart affiliate in western North Carolina. Backed by the resources of the Duke Heart Center, Frye Regional has access to the most current Duke training and staff education, evidence-based guidelines and practices when it comes to heart and heart-related issues.
