Job description

• Order Entry of new Orders as needed

• Updating customer files under the direction of the credit manager

• Filing of credit information

• Checking credit references of potential and established customers

• Inputting notes into customer accounts

• Running credit reports via the internet

• Setting up new customer accounts in Amtech

• Sending Monthly Statement to Customers

• E-mail Invoice copies to customers

• Verifying and updating customer s contact information

• Making telephone calls as necessary to get updated customer contact information

• Scanning documents into customer files

• Special Projects as needed

• Make customer calls on past due balances

• Serve as a backup to Credit Assistant and Credit Manager as necessary

Requirements

• Confidentiality

• Ability to organize files

• Ability to work with minimum supervision

• Ability to stand and file folders as necessary

• Good telephone etiquette

• Basic computer skills (e-mail, word, excel)

• Flexibility
